Fall one one, got it done.

Finally finished my last final today, first semester at USC has come to an end. This semester has definitely provided me with many eye-opening experiences, both with ones that I will happily never forget as well as those that I really really wish I can forget LOL.

I’ve been told by my dad and I’ve told others as well to “live in the moment.” But, these words have never truly come alive or made sense to me until now. I’ve always been the type of person to think waaay too much into situations and my mind is never really “present” to where I am. It’s quite suffocating to say the least.

Not gunna flood this post with details but, our time with the people we meet, our friends, our loved ones, is extremely short.  Cherish the times with the people around you and really be present enough to enjoy their company;  its quite liberating. Create new, amazing, and exciting experiences that will not only develop yourself but inspire others to do the same as well.

Create the environment you want and don’t let external factors or others drive you away from what you truly want to get out of life. Don’t think too much, just act, even failure is an experience in itself, and at the end of it all, reflect back briefly and and see how far you’ve come. To put it simply.. be genuine, inspire, and live it up.

Steak dinner =D

My bro cooked up some steak for dinner tonight. It was soooooo amazing. The flavor packed into the meat was incredible!

I stir-fried some cucumber my dad had planted. Seasoned it with kosher salt and pepper and also a little bit of butter. It turned out really well.

On the side, had some spinach salad.

It was a really satisfying and fulfilling meal. We were watching the Lakers vs. Suns game while eating. The Lakers fking blew them out lol.

I have a meeting with my counselor tomorrow at 11:30.. She is gunna help me plan out my.. “Academic Plan” to transfer. I need to figure out which schools I want to go to and what major I want to pursue. I still want to go to UBC (University of British Columbia) but I am really not sure if they accept community college transfers and also they didn’t even have Political Science listed as one of their programs..

I am currently researching USC since I think their law program is pretty good. I am not going to spend too much time looking up UC schools since I think my counselor will have that down pretty well. If I were to go to a UC though I think it would probably be UCI. It’s not that I like the school, its just that its convenient I guess..

I studied with Calvin a bit earlier in the day and we were discussing UCSF or Berkeley. It would be really awesome to go to school in San Francisco I think. Seems like there is so much to do there. Life seems like it moves at a much faster pace there than SoCal.

But ya.. finals are coming up soon. I have one more week to prepare. Its gunna be a crazy week, blah. BRING IT ON!

After finals, Calvin and I made a deal that we are gunna treat ourselves to a nice Japanese buffet meal at Todai. Haven’t been there in ages, and I haven’t had sushi in forever. Can’t wait! w00t.

Also after Finals mean’s a REALLY LONG BREAK, which means…. S13 TIME!!
